    We are currently accepting applications for CageGirlz, Ring Girls and models for current and future promotional events and other future modeling jobs. If selected, you must agree to allow us to use your likeness in our advertising, website, or other media as we see fit at our sole discretion. In order to consider you for promotional and/or modeling assignments, you must submit at least one head shot and one full body picture at the bottom of this form. If you are a prospective model you should only fill out the required fields. Once you have been selected to become a model you must return to this page and fill out every applicable line on this form. This information will be kept confidential except as to be shown to prospective clients to hire us/you for modeling services.
