Amateur Bout Agreement

Amateur Muay Thai/Kick Boxer, Managers, Trainers:

This bout agreement is to serve as confirmation that an amateur Muay Thai/Kick Boxer, herein named, has agreed to compete in an Event for Thai Championship Boxing ("TCB") on the date specified.  It is clearly understood by the amateur Muay Thai/Kick Boxer, his trainer, team and/or manager that the participation in this Event can be dangerous and he/she is entering into this Agreement freely and accepts the risk involved.  Muay Thai/Kick Boxer warrants that he/she is free to enter into this Agreement to exhibit the skills of a Muay Thai/Kick Boxer fighter and to hold promoter, owners and ALL associated parties with the event harmless for any and all injuries he/she may sustain in the course of this or any other bout with TCB.  Muay Thai/Kick Boxer is self-insured and acting as an independent contractor subject to the laws, rules and regulations regarding an independent contractor is required to follow in the State in which he/she is performing.

This bout will take place at The Salisbury Center, located at 8890 Mathis Ave, Manassas, VA 20110 in accordance with the rules and regulations as set forth and determined by the Virginia Boxing, Martial Arts and Wrestling Commission.  There will be NO COMPENSATION for this bout.  Muay Thai/Kick Boxer agrees to abide by all of the rules of the state of jurisdiction and perform to the best of his/her ability.  Although TCB has medical coverage in case of catastrophic injury, Muay Thai/Kick Boxer must have their own medical insurance and TCB insurance shall be subordinate to Muay Thai/Kick Boxer's insurance.

TCB reserves all the rights to the ownership of this match in its entirety, including, but not limited to; TV, radio, billboards, photos and all other ancillary rights.

In the event of a NO SHOW or other violations of this Agreement, Promoter reserves the rights to file a formal complaint with the Virginia Boxing, Martial Arts and Wrestling Commission.  Muay Thai/Kick Boxer must weigh-in either the night prior or make arrangements with TCB to weigh-in at another time prior to their bout at The Salisbury Center, 8890 Mathis Ave, Manassas, VA 20110 unless otherwise notified in advance.

Muay Thai/Kick Boxer may not participate in another athletic contest (boxing, MMA, MT, BJJ, etc.) 45 days prior to the date of the scheduled bout in this agreement without approval from TCB.

Muay Thai/Kick Boxer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
